I have 14 years of experience in UX design with 5 years in managing design teams. I work hard to design the best tools for our customers, improve our business and empower and support my team. Curiosity, initiative, empathy, attention to detail and collaboration are the values and qualities that help me be a good manager and designer.
I have degrees in Design and Management and I continually try to learn about new technologies/practices from the design community. I contribute my lessons and ideas as well on Medium.
I love visiting new places and experiencing their culture, beauty and history. My other passions are cars, visiting national parks, sports and food (though more of a food critic than a cook)
